Fermentation of the wine in steel containers (autoclaves) for the second fermentation. Maturation of the sparkling wine on the noble lees for six months before bottling.
Above all indicated as an aperitif, it also accompanies delicate dishes based on pasta, rice, vegetables and fish.
Pale straw yellow.
