    Bouquet

    Intense and typically aromatic on the nose. The characteristic aroma of Moscato recalls wildflowers, particularly wild rose and sage leaves.

    Torrazza Coste, Codevilla

    Vinification

    The grapes undergo soft pressing, immediate filtration, refrigeration, and storage of the must at 0°C in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. After about 3 months, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts for fermentation in autoclave until the desired alcohol content is reached.

    In stainless steel tanks.

    The taste is sweet and persistent, with good and well-balanced acidity.
