Vinification
Soft pressing of the grapes, with immediate filtration and refrigeration of the must to avoid fermentation. Conservation of the must at zero degrees in refrigerated tanks. Refermentation of the base must in an autoclave in order to obtain the alcohol (up to 6.5 degrees) and the second fermentation. The interruption of the refermentation is caused by filtration and lowering of the temperature.
Ageing
Fermentation of the wine in steel containers (autoclaves) for the second fermentation. Maturation of the sparkling wine for 3 months before bottling.

Ideal with any type of dessert, both dry and creamy.

Deep straw yellow.
Bouquet
The scent is intense, persistent and typically aromatic. The characteristic scent of Moscato is reminiscent of wild rose and sage leaves.
