The vinification was carried out "in red" following a particular procedure aimed at obtaining a wine with great body and excellent color intensity.
At the end of the fermentation the wine is decanted into concrete tanks where it rests for at least 6 months.
This is a full-bodied but at the same time pleasantly delicate wine, therefore well adaptable to different types of dishes, from unigrana salami, to cured salami, to first courses of rice and pasta, to grilled meats of lamb, beef, pork.
Intense ruby red with reflections tending towards orange.
Intense, fine, persistent bouquet, with a complex aroma where the fruity and herbaceous blend harmoniously with the spicy.
In the mouth it is full and velvety, pleasantly persistent.
